Thanks for the list. I work for a recruiting agency. This pretty much reflects what we see in the job market. (One point to note : In Karnataka, NIT Surathkal is the top most college, but as all you know, it comes under AIEEE, not CET.)
Thanks for giving list of engineering colleges. actually Now a days MS ramaiah Institute of technology is better than other engineering colleges. Because it has dedicated and more number of PHD degree holders lecturers.
Though NIT is the topmost college , because of its reputation, still RV and MS ramaiah institute of Technology even beat NIT surathkal. IN NIT surathkal, many of the reputed senior lecturers were leaving for better prospectus in other reputed Institution. I dont know the reason. But MS ramaih has more number of PHD degree holders Lectures and commited Lectures. Even RV college is also having dedicated Lecturers.
I am saying this apart from good infrastructure and other things
HOW CAN YOU DECIDE ABOUT THE RANKING OF THE ENGINEERING COLLEGES . IN MY OPINION, M S RAMAIAH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IS NOT ONE OF THE BEST i.e.,IN THE SECOND PLACE.THERE ARE MANY OTHER COLLEGES SUCH AS PESIT,BIT,NIE,SIT,etc.

i think MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, MANIPAL IS THE BEST INSTITUTION OF KARNATAKA U CAN REFER THEIR PLACEMENT STATS also it is one of the oldest college all ready completed GOLDEN JUBLIEE
@ the present Maharaja institute of technology is in da 16th place.hoow can U miss out that?
I am a lecturer teaching maths in an engineering college. The list prepared is biased and I would like to know parameters on which this list is prepared. How can you include colleges which have no reputaion amongsts studens in this top list?

R R Institutions is one of the best Engineering Colleges in Karnataka. The college is dexterously architectured, covering 25 acres with lush green gardens near Chikkabanavara Railway Station, 12kms away from the huzzle and buzzle of Bangalore city, an ideal place for learning.
